The LAVHM is the mission to reach the Hispanic population of eastern Colorado and western Kansas with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as revealed in the New Testament.

This ministry is associated with Restoration Movement Churches of Christ/Christian Churches in its origin and operation.  We use no book but the Bible, and have no creed but Christ as Lord.

The fruit has been evident since the beginning in the number of people being led to Christ and taught the word.

Worship services, Bibles studies, Christian camping, prison ministry, and special events, such as concerts in the park, are just a few of the many things done in the name of Jesus for kingdom building.

Reducing language and cultural barriers has been at the heart of the ministry early on.   Many Hispanics work in poor conditions for long hours with little pay.  Socially, they are sometimes outcast, but seem to be some of the happiest folks around.  Praise God for His love.
